Chicago Landscape of Las Vegas completed a luxury outdoor living upgrade for a high-end residential property located in the
Lake Las Vegas community. This high-end residential property sits in one of Henderson’s most scenic luxury settings, with golf course views and resort-style outdoor living.

This golf course property featured an existing infinity pool, but the area behind the pool needed to be expanded, leveled, stabilized, and finished to create a more usable and visually complete outdoor space.

The goal was to extend the pool deck while preserving the upscale look of the property, improving access toward the golf course, and creating a custom focal point that would elevate the entire backyard.

Pool Deck Extension Behind the Infinity Pool

The first phase of the project focused on creating a stable foundation behind the existing infinity pool. Our team filled and leveled the extension area to prepare it for construction. Because this portion of the property bordered a golf course and involved elevation changes, proper grading and support were critical.

Retaining walls were built to create structure, prevent movement, and support the new outdoor living area. This gave the space a strong base while allowing the finished design to feel like a natural extension of the existing pool deck.

Landscape Paver Installation

Once the area was properly prepared, we installed landscape pavers to create a clean, high-end surface around the extended pool deck. The pavers were selected and installed to complement the luxury style of the home, the pool, and the surrounding Lake Las Vegas setting.

Golf Course Access with Paver Steps and Gate

In the corner of the property bordering the golf course, we built out custom paver steps to improve flow and access. A gate was also installed to create a clean transition point leading toward the golf course area.

The finishing touch was a custom-designed infinity-style natural gas fire feature. This fire element became the focal point of the project, adding warmth, movement, and luxury to the outdoor space.
